A: No. During the average pest control there is no need to leave your
home.
Q: Does it smell or stain?
A: The products we use are EPA approved and designed to be used inside
your home. Some customers report a slight odor but the vast majority say they smell nothing at all. Staining does not occur.
Q: Will it harm my pets?
A: No, just follow the technician’s instructions. Pets
should be kept away from treated areas until they are dry.
Q: What does it cost?
A: Price is based on the size or your home and property and
the frequency of service. A typical response when we do talk to prospective customers is: “Is that all, I thought it
would be more.” Call our office today to find out about your home.
Q: How often do I have to have it done?
A: There is no easy answer to this question. Your home’s location,
the time of year, pets, landscape and human traffic all factor into determining what will work best for you.
Q: I have termites in my yard, does my house have termites?
A: Good question. Termites are a fact of life here and there will
always be termites in the vicinity of your home. A good indicator is the presence of mud tunnels or tubes on your foundation
or small piles of pellets that return after you clean them up. To find out if they have found their way into you home call
for a free estimate.
Q: Do you have discounts?
A: Senior, military and referral discounts are available.
Q: My house is clean, why do I have roaches?

will end up in your home incidentally because they live around your home or come up through your drains. Our technicians can
identify your particular species and recommend a course of action.
Q: I have bees, what should I do?
A: Keep children and pets away from the area. Contact
us, we have trained technicians who can deal with your problem and answer questions. Once on site we will give you a price
that we will stick to.
Q: I have something making holes in my yard?
A: We have
a large variety of “critters” that can be the cause of this. One of our trained technicians can evaluate your
situation, identify the culprit and recommend a solution.
